SHIPPING

 

PurpleandPinkDragon ships worldwide.
our shipping times can vary depending on the amount of items orders and variation
the average order delivery can take up to 1-2 weeks. With your support we work to improve our delivery times.

Returns and cancels

We accept cancels only in the first two days of within placing your order this could be for ordering in the wrong size, color or product.
after cancelation by email you can request either a refund or tell us what you would like to be changed on your order
we accept returns after but only within 14 days after you receive your product
when applying for a return you must email us within the 14 days after receiving your product if not we cannot perform he return

IMPORTAINT: for returns products must have all tags intact, no stains, un washed, no tears or rips, burns, and must be returned with its original package

After your products are made and shipped out you will receive an email with a page that tracks it and your package tracking code/ID so you can stay informed and know its getting to you on time .

Lost, stolen, delayed shipments ?

 

As we dislike to admit it we have no control in what happens to your order when it is shipped and being delivered to you.
We do our best to make sure to eliminate as much risk to your order and making sure you package gets to you safe, secure, and on time
